Rental includes exclusive use of the private event venue for 4 hours with pre-event planner, on-site event manager, access to graphics team (custom graphic prints extra), AV technician and A/V equipment (2 retractable projector screens, 2 TV screens, 2 wireless Bluetooth mics, speakers, lighting), 1 security guard, cleaners, coat check, waitstaff/servers with in-house catering, first bartender with open bar options, and in-house furniture (leather couches, gold coffee tables, bar stools, high-top cocktail tables). Venue buyout price discounted $2,000 flat from $10,000. Clients get six (6) hours of total venue access on event day for setup, event and breakdown; approved outside vendors get 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown and must supply a COI; additional access must be approved at least 14 days prior and may incur extra charges set by the event planner. In-house catering required unless outside caterer approved in advance. Bar is consumption-based open bar (client provides credit card to bar manager at start of event); additional bartender $500 each, required per 50 guests. Optional, not contracted: additional dessert stations ($1,050 each), on-the-way-out stations ($550-$1,200), entertainment package $4,000, confetti $250, dry ice $400, CO2 gun $300, additional dancer $650, LED risers $1,500, Halo photobooth $1,500, custom photo booth $4,000, games $1,500, VR headsets $1,750, custom water bottles $300, additional furniture rentals TBD. Client to provide entertainment (COI required). Cancellation: postponement/cancellation more than 6 months before the event forfeits all deposits due or paid; within 6 months, client is responsible for the entire contract price. Non-smoking facility; New York law governs.
