True open room; no exact room dimensions are published, but 3,500 sq ft is more than sufficient for 50 guests — a workable plan reserves roughly 500–700 sq ft for dancing, four or five rounds along the window perimeter and the opposite end for buffet, lounge and games. Installed AV lowers production risk, but the contract should specify whether a DJ may connect to the house system, the maximum permitted low-frequency volume, whether dance lighting can be rigged to the wall racks and whether an onsite technician is mandatory. Relatively neutral aesthetic and possible church-related house rules.
