Grand Total $4,769.38 (Subtotal $4,500.00 + sales tax $44.38 + 5% admin fee $225.00); remaining balance due $4,769.38. F&B minimum: $8 per person based on final guest count — proposal states '$400.00 F&B Minimum Met' (met via the $500 soft bev bar package). Payment: 50% deposit due at execution to reserve the date; remaining 50% due no later than 30 days prior, after which all payments are non-refundable; additions after the 30-day mark must be finalized 14 days prior and are charged 7 days prior; valid credit card must stay on file. Cancellation: 60+ days out — deposit returned less CC processing fees; 60–30 days — 50% deposit forfeited; within 30 days — all payments non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 30+ days notice, at LOFT39's discretion, and adds a 10% rescheduling fee. Force majeure within 30 days: penalty-free reschedule within 12 months, else refund of final 50% with initial 50% deposit retained. Overtime/timing: guests arriving early or staying past scheduled event hours will be billed additional active event time; events past 1:00 AM incur $100 per staff member transportation fee. Rental includes access to pre-configured lounge furniture layout in 'Resting State' — client must return space to original layout; LOFT39 sets/strikes furniture only if 'Floor Plan & Setup Service' is purchased. Standard sanitization, mopping, kitchen and restroom cleaning included but venue must be left broom-clean with trash bagged. Other posted rates: 12-hr rate $3.6K ($4.2K Fri/Sat), PM hourly $600 ($700 Fri/Sat), AM hourly $400 (ends by 4PM). Alcohol must be either a LOFT39 hosted bar package or client-purchased retail (DIY open bar, no charge to guests); guests under 21 prohibited at events with a hosted bar or client retail open bar unless written approval from management. COI required from host (with Host Liquor Liability if alcohol) and from all third-party vendors. Tenting, rentals and security must come from LOFT39's exclusive partners. 5th Floor (Kitchen & Rooftop) max occupancy 100 persons including guests, hosts, staff and vendors. Day-of logistics coordinated via WhatsApp group; lobby QR check-in managed by LOFT39 staff; on-site staff are venue managers, not planners or service staff.
