Min. notesStandard F&B minimum of $8 per person based on final guest count. A "No Beverage Event" exemption/waiver is available, but if any beverages are served on-site the waiver is voided and the $8 per person minimum is reinstated and charged to the card on file.
Pricing notesPublished space fee rates: 12-hour rate $3,600 (Fri/Sat $4,200); PM hourly $600 (Fri/Sat $700); AM hourly $400 (must end by 4 PM). LOFT39 proposal for a 50-person Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, November 21, 2026 on the 5th Floor & Rooftop, 5:00pm–11:00pm, with a $2,800 space fee (4 hrs at the $700 Fri/Sat hourly rate), $1,100 mandatory staffing/cleaning, a $10/person 4-hour soft beverage bar ($500) satisfying the $400 F&B minimum, and a $100 catering buyout fee. Grand total $4,769.38 after 8.875% sales tax and a 5% admin fee. Captured durable LOFT39 facts from this Bat Mitzvah proposal: per-floor occupancy limits (125 for 2nd-4th floors, 100 for 5th Floor & Rooftop), the outside-catering model with preferred-caterer list and $2/person buyout fee, NY SLA alcohol rules, the standard $8/person F&B minimum, and published rate card (AM $400/hr, PM $600-700/hr, 12-hr $3,600-4,200) plus standard labor, cleaning, admin fee and tax structure. Missing: confirmed street address/neighborhood, square footages, seated/theater capacities, caterer names, and venue contact details beyond coordinator Kendall O'Brien.

Still unknown: Exact street address, postal code and neighborhood (only inferred from "38 West 39th Realty Corp." in the indemnity clause) · Square footage of any space · Seated dinner, theater and classroom capacities · Names on the preferred caterer / pre-approved partner list (link only) · Venue phone, email and website; venue sales contact details · Detailed amenity/AV inventory and in-house rental catalog items · Parking / accessibility information

Archive keeps everything and stays searchable — it just drops out of the catalog and out of the venue pickers on events.
